The Restoration Seed Bank project involved part refurbishment of and additions to an existing Biodiversity Conservation Centre in Kings Park, to meet current and future operational requirements for seed banking as well as seed and restoration science programs. The laboratory was designed as an upper storey addition to readily connect to existing laboratories, create a functional undercroft, and avoid extensive underground services and a large eucalypt.

Concurrent with the Seed Bank, Armstrong Collective designed an upgrade to the Nursery and Depot to provide greater functionality to this important facility at Kings Park.
