This project involved the redevelopment of an existing and dated site and buildings. Following a Masterplan and scope definition process, the project was completed over two stages.

The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development undertake plant and seed agricultural research on this site.

The project involved the design and construction of a new Field Operations building, PC2 glasshouses, screen houses and open and netted field plots. Existing laboratories were reconstructed including PC1 and PC2 Physical Containment laboratories.
